An Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the entire process of fulfilling customer orders, from receiving orders to ensuring they are delivered to the customer. This involves tasks like receiving order information, ensuring the order has been received by the seller, ensuring the order has been correctly packed by the seller, ensuring home delivery orders are assigned a delivery partner, and ensuring that orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
